A very lovely Georgian handmade whitework handkerchief, with a dentate edge and beautifully hand embroidered with floral sprays in each corner.  It is made of a fine, translucent muslin - a super example for a collector!

In very good condition for its age; there five darns and some holes/wear/movement in the very fine muslin threads.

Ivory in colour with some very faint age marks.

Early 19th century.

Measures approx. 43cm (17") square.
