Hand worked Needlerun veil, with some beautiful fillings. Probably English. It has a bold design of five large floral sprays with smaller florets at the hem and sides, with small sprigs dotted all over. It has needle worked eyelets at the top to allow a drawstring to gather.

Condition is very good.

Dates from early to mid 19th century.

White in colour.

Measures approx. 117cm x 107cm (46" x 42") at its widest points.
